Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Quezon City is seeking an In-House Engineer with 3-4 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on site and production-based work with a preference for architectural experience over purely structural tasks.

The candidate should be a BS Civil Engineer with strong leadership and field coordination abilities. The position is on-site (MAUBAN/Quezon City area) with a Monday–Friday schedule, reporting to the engineering department.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of work experience as In-House Engineer in construction (site and production based) with more focus on architectural works than structural/electrical.
• Graduate of BS Civil Engineer (licensed or not).
• Experience attending site meetings and coordinating with contractors.
• Excellent manpower handling, communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain company facilities, equipment, and engineering systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify technical issues and maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and recommend solutions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Supervise repair, installation, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulations.
• Prepare technical reports and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other departments on technical concerns.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work meets specifications.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned by management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
