TILL, Inc. is looking for a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in Manila to provide in-home support for families in the ABA program. The RBT will be responsible for implementing behavior modification strategies, collaborating closely with caregivers and BCBAs, and ensuring effective data collection. Candidates must have a high school diploma, RBT certification, and experience working with children or families affected by developmental disabilities. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 12 months experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Certification as an RBT and 3 months' experience.

Responsabilités

• Implement behavior modification strategies for children.
• Monitor progress of goals from behavior treatment plan.
• Attend supervision and complete required trainings.
