Responsibilities
Conduct initial interviews with parents/guardians to gather developmental, behavioral, and learning history for new and existing students.
Assist in the assessment of the child’s needs, including observation and simple standardized or non-standardized tools under supervision.
Support the creation of an individualized and tailored-fit one month program for center and home intervention activities using ABA Principles based on the child’s assessment results to be approved by ABA Program Director.
Assist in implementing structured activities or behavior programs under direct supervision.
Handle one-on-one ABA sessions using DTT, and ABA Session Notes.
Assist in behavioral data gathering, analysis, and documentation.
