Job Requirements

• Graduate of BS Psychology or other related programs/courses.
• Licensed RPm under PRC
• At least 1 year experience in ABA or Behavioral
• Available positions at Muntinlupa, Molino, & San Pedro, Laguna Branches
• Willing to travel and do field work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interviews with parents/guardians to gather developmental, behavioral, and learning history for new and existing students.
• Assist in the assessment of the child’s needs, including observation and simple standardized or non-standardized tools under supervision.
• Support the creation of an individualized and tailored-fit one month program for center and home intervention activities using ABA Principles based on the child’s assessment results to be approved by ABA Program Director.
• Assist in implementing structured activities or behavior programs under direct supervision.
• Handle one-on-one ABA sessions using DTT, and ABA Session Notes.
• Assist in behavioral data gathering, analysis, and documentation.
