• Track cargo: monitor daily status updates for sea or air freight arrivals and update internal logs.
• Coordinate logistics: liaise with shipping lines, airlines, truckers, and warehouses to ensure smooth cargo delivery.
• Handle customs support: assist brokers with duty calculations, clearance, and regulatory compliance.
