Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related course.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, importation, or shipping operations.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures is an advantage.
• Computer literate, particularly in MS Office/Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work onsite in Parañaque City.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process RFQs for import shipments.
• Coordinate product shipments and monitor shipment status.
• Prepare and maintain logistics and importation documents.
• Coordinate with brokers, couriers, shipping lines, truckers, and consignees.
• Follow up and expedite payments and documentation with brokers and suppliers.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of shipments.
• Assist in coordinating customs clearance and other import-related requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other logistics documents.
• Perform other logistics and administrative tasks as assigned.
