JAYAPURI SDN BHD (UPS COURIER)

• Daily monitoring of shipment movement using internal systems.
• Shipment downloading and updating using internal system, mobile apps, with MS excel report in a daily basis
• Liaise internal Departments in the office for relevant documents, info clarification, clearance and delivery of the import shipments
• Monitor and reply emails / SMS / Whatsapp messages from local and international clients and partners with regards to shipment collections, status, and other inquiries related to assigned task
• Sorting and disposal of abandoned shipments
• Document filing
• Key entry into internal system and document preparation of export shipments
• Liaise with dispatch drivers for export shipment collection and Brokerage team for declaration matters and documentation
• Liaise with third party DG representative for export restrictions and approval of battery shipments and other special cargo
• Follow up with transit hubs as well as destination agents with regards to shipment movement, clearance and delivery status
• Monitor and reply emails / SMS / Whatsapp messages from clients and international partners with regards to shipment pick up, status, and other inquiries related to assigned task
• Daily report submission
• Monthly inventory and requisition of packing supplies
• Document filing
• Document preparation and key entry into internal system of parcels for local deliveries
• Liaise with dispatch drivers for parcel collection or delivery status via phone call / SMS / Whatsapp
• Parcel sorting and repacking
• Monitor and reply emails / SMS / Whatsapp messages from clients and with regards to shipment pick up, status, and other inquiries related to assigned task
• Daily report submission
• Document filing

• Age: 30 to 38 years old
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing, Customs administration
• At least 2 years work experience in Logistics field (Air freight, Sea freight, Courier, Courier small packages)
• High quality written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
