Responsibilities

• Maintaining assigned accounts and providing ongoing customer support.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies around the provision of logistical services.
• Identifying and contacting prospective customers to promote logistical services and negotiate contracts.
• Evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and recommending improvements to achieve sales targets.
• Addressing customer concerns and finding innovative solutions for complex logistical challenges.
• Assessing customer needs and determining suitable modes of shipment transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize logistical services.
• Developing and maintaining an effective and excellent customer relationship.
• End of the day report submission as well as Monthly sales report.

Qualifications

• Age: 30 – 38 years old.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration/Marketing/Accountancy, BS. Customs Administration.
• At least 3 years sales experience in the logistics field (Air/Sea Freight and Courier service for local and international clients).
