OTT Logistics Philippines Inc is seeking an import/export documentation specialist to manage documentation, coordinate with customs brokers, and ensure timely clearance of shipments in Cavite. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience and strong Excel/Word skills.

You will maintain accurate filing, prepare permits, and monitor status through delivery, with emphasis on compliance and timely releases.

Qualificações

• Graduates of Customs Administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in import/export documentation, customs clearance support, or freight forwarding.
• Experience preparing and checking import/export documents.
• Experience coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
• Experience monitoring shipment status from arrival through release and delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and Bureau of Customs documentary requirements.
• Accurate and detail-oriented data entry and document checking.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage import and export documentation.
• Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Bureau of Customs, freight forwarders, and brokers.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve customs-related issues.
• Prepare and submit required permits and documentation.
• Perform fieldwork for document processing and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely release of shipments and avoid delays or penalties.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and filings.
• Preferably knows how to compute CDT and Entry Lodgments.
