You will check shipping documents and import permits, verify shipment requirements, compute duties and taxes, encode entries accurately, and lodge them via the BOC portal. The role demands high organization, strict attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision, and solid knowledge of customs

Qualifications

• Graduate with BS in Customs Administration.
• Experience is an advantage but not required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of customs rules, regulations, and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.

Responsibilities

• Check shipping documents and import permits.
• Verify shipment and documentation requirements.
• Compute applicable duties and taxes.
• Encode entries accurately.
• Lodge entries and transmit them through the BOC portal.
• Monitor the status of entries in the BOC portal.
• Coordinate with PEZA / Consumption processing, as applicable.
• Requests M/C company checks for billing with forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouses.
• Prepare delivery schedules.
• Book trucking services for both FCL and LCL shipments.
