• Oversee container deposits refunds and processing for brokers.
• Upload and share scanned documents; release originals to brokers.
• Coordinate SPS Permits and MAVIC compliance and monitor vessel ETD timing.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and maintain outward remittance records.
• Support processing of dry and meat import shipments to ensure timeliness.
