• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Implementation Specialists and Integration Analysts supporting U.S. hospitality implementations

• Drive accountability across the team by establishing clear performance expectations, monitoring productivity, and addressing gaps in focus, output, and ownership

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, implementation timelines, and quality standards across all projects Actively manage team performance through regular check-ins, performance reviews, real‑time feedback, and follow through on corrective actions identified by leadership

• Identify and address behaviors that impact productivity, including disengagement, missed deliverables, and inconsistent work output

• Maintain visibility into daily team activity to ensure consistent engagement during working hours across WFH and in‑office environments

• Analyze team performance metrics monthly and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and consistency

• Foster a culture of ownership, professionalism, and continuous improvement across the Manila team

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

• Improved quality and accuracy of team output, with reduced rework and escalations

• High visibility into team productivity and engagement during working hours

• Strong culture of accountability, where team members take ownership of their work and outcomes

• Improved cross-functional trust and confidence in the Manila team’s delivery

• Based in the Philippines and follows a hybrid working environment, requiring three (3) days per week in the office.
