Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking an Implementation Project Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients during their implementation journey across EOR and Managed Services. You will lead onboarding activities, coordinate across internal teams and partners, and ensure successful go-lives with proactive communication.

The role emphasizes global collaboration, flexible work arrangements, and delivering seamless client experiences across payroll, HR/Benefits, and entity management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide clients through Safeguard Global’s products, services, and implementation journey.
• Own implementation projects, maintaining project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Support EOR and simple Managed Services implementations across payroll, HR/Benefits, Accounting, and Entity Management.
• Drive technology setup and deliver platform training to clients.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and elevate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate go-live forecasting and proactive client communication.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Success for smooth handovers and high client satisfaction.

As an Implementation Project Specialist at Safeguard Global, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients throughout their implementation journey across Employer of Record (EOR) and simple Managed Services.

How you will make a difference

• Welcome and guide clients through Safeguard Global’s products, services, and implementation journey.
• Own implementation projects, maintaining project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Support EOR and simple Managed Services implementations across areas such as Payroll, HR/Benefits, Accounting, and Entity Management.
• Drive technology setup and deliver platform training to clients.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and elevate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate go-live forecasting and deliver proactive client communication.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Client Success to ensure smooth handovers, successful transitions, and a consistently high level of client satisfaction.

• Basic understanding of EOR, global employment, payroll, HR, or Managed Services.
