Job summary

Safeguard Global in the Philippines is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support a strategic bank account management project. You will handle reconciliations, account transitions, and opening/closing bank accounts across multiple countries, coordinating with Treasury, Finance, Tax, and external banks.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, proactive communication, and timely delivery within a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities with high accuracy.

• Willingness to work under a Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate bank account reconciliations with data accuracy.
• Support bank account transitions, including openings/closures across countries and partners.
• Track progress against milestones and escalate risks or issues promptly.
• Review and validate data, addressing inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
• Liaise with banks and internal teams and maintain project documentation.

The role in a nutshell :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to support a strategic treasury project focused on global bank account management. This role will play a key part in bank account reconciliations, account transitions across banking providers and countries, and the opening and closure of bank accounts as required. The successful candidate will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Tax, and external banking partners to ensure project activities are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed timelines.

How you will make a difference:

• Perform and coordinate bank account reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Support bank account transitions, including opening and closing of new accounts where required and coordinate activities across multiple countries and banking partners.
• Track project progress against key milestones, timelines, and deliverables and identify, communicate, and escalat e risks, issues, and project roadblocks in a timely manner.
• Review and validate data, challenging inconsistencies and driving resolution where information is incomplete or inaccurate.
• Liaise confidently with banks, external partners, and internal stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, and Tax functions and maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines within a project environment with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work for a Fixed Term Contract.
