Job summary

The Auctus Group LLC is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and integration for dermatology and plastic surgery practices. You will oversee the entire revenue cycle implementation, combining hands-on billing knowledge with project management to ensure readiness from day one.

You will partner with Billing, Coding, BI, Training, and Operations teams to design workflows, manage risks, and support go-lives, while driving accurate CPT/ICD-10 coding and clean claims

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of dermatology and/or plastic surgery billing (highly preferred).
• Proven experience managing implementations, onboarding, or process transitions.
• Deep understanding of payer rules and reimbursement methodologies, denial and appeals processes, and insurance verification workflows.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new practices, including system setup, workflow design, and go-live support.
• Serve as the RCM subject matter expert, ensuring all billing processes are accurate and optimized.
• Oversee all areas of the revenue cycle, including: Charge capture, Coding (CPT/ICD-10), Claims submission, Denials management, A/R follow-up, Patient billing.
• Partner with internal teams (Billing, Coding, BI, Training, and Operations) to ensure successful onboarding.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to payer setup, credentialing, authorizations, and billing workflows.
• Ensure proper configuration and use of billing systems (e.g., ProCollect, EMRs, clearinghouses).
• Develop and document standardized implementation processes and best practices.
• Provide post-go-live support and performance monitoring to ensure stability and success.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager with deep expertise in medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) to lead the onboarding and integration of new practices. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless implementation across all areas of the revenue cycle for dermatology and plastic surgery clients. The ideal candidate brings both hands-on billing knowledge and project management skills, with the ability to oversee end-to-end implementations, identify risks, and ensure operational readiness from day one.
