  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fiscal responsibility, and client‑focused service delivery.
  • Ensure workforce planning and staffing models align with operational volumes, productivity standards, and financial objectives.
Strategic Projects & Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Act as escalation point for complex operational, client, or payer issues requiring senior leadership involvement.
  • Serve as a representative on client initiatives and performance reviews, ensuring consistent communication back to Operations and Executive Leadership.
  • Deliver professional, data‑driven analyses and presentations to the VP for Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
  • Identify and implement best‑practice solutions by evaluating the full revenue cycle end‑to‑end.
  • Participate in external seminars, training, and industry forums to stay current on revenue cycle trends and innovations.
Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in physician practice, CBO, MSO, or healthcare revenue cycle operations.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance and senior operations leadership to support P&L performance.
  • Extensive working knowledge of end‑to‑end revenue cycle management systems and workflows with heavy exposure in provider‑focused collections.
