Job summary

iScale Solutions in the Philippines seeks an Implementation Engineer to configure the PowerCARD application and tailor solutions for international clients.

You will work across studies, design, and development to meet client specifications, perform testing, and ensure smooth deployments with Jira, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires Java 17, Angular, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and collaboration across gaps and go-live phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience configuring PowerCARD applications and developing customized client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in studies, gap analysis, and technical design to identify configuration and development needs.
• Present standard interfaces and prepare technical specifications for interfaces and mapping.
• Work with the client to ensure their specifications are met and develop custom software as required.
• Prepare Technical Specification Forms (TSFs) based on BSD for specific functionalities.
• Develop customer-specific solutions based on TSFs and conduct unit testing.
• Correct bugs reported by the test team.
• Assist in configuring and integrating various modules of the solution to meet the customer’s needs.
• Participate in the installation of project deliverables at the client’s site.
• Assist the client with integration and acceptance testing, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs reported by customers to ensure the expected functionality.

TheImplementation Engineer will play a key role in configuring PowerCARDapplication and developing customized solution for our clients. The primaryresponsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in studies, gap analysis, andtechnical design to identify specific configuration and development needs.
• Present standard interfaces and prepare technicalspecifications for interfaces and mapping.
• Work with the client to ensure theirspecifications are met and develop custom software as required.
• Prepare Technical Specification Forms (TSFs)based on Business Solution Descriptions (BSD) for specificfunctionalities.
• Develop customer-specific solutions based on TSFsand conduct unit testing.

• Assist in configuring and integrating variousmodules of the solution to meet the customer’s needs.
• Participate in the installation of projectdeliverables at the client’s site.

Certification, Acceptance, andGo-live Phases:

• Guarantee certifications with internationalnetworks (Visa, Mastercard) to approve and certify the solution andinterfaces.
• Assist the client during the acceptance testingphase and implement pilot programs to test the production environment.
• Prepare and deliver patches and ensure the smoothtransition of the project to the production phase, including handing overto the HPS support team.

Reporting and Performance Tracking:

• Report incidents and anomalies to impacted teams.
• Maintain daily activity reports on HPS tools tocontribute to performance monitoring and optimization.

Qualifications:
