Job summary

Jobtailor in Cebu City is seeking a customer-focused professional to lead smaller implementations and gather detailed customer requirements. You will design technical solutions, configure OneHub to fit client needs, and guide users through testing and acceptance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, technical support, or implementation.
• Ability to program in one language with emphasis on C# and/or SQL.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customers, including new customers and renewals.
• Lead smaller implementations and support Seniors/Leads on larger, more complex implementations.
• Gather and document customer requirements and produce detailed designs.
• Design technical solutions aligned with customer project goals and platform capabilities.
• Configure OneHub to meet customer requirements.
• Guide customers through CAT, address feedback, and facilitate successful testing.
• Self-organise and manage the work schedule and future utilisation planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure streamlined communication and successful outcomes.
• Proactively mitigate project portfolio risks and work with the Manager to solve issues.
• Maintain accurate project collateral and tracking measures.
• Deliver high-quality customer outcomes measured by defects, timeliness, and NPS.

Requirements
