Job summary

Ruize Philippines Inc in Cavite is seeking an experienced Logistics and Import/Export Manager to oversee the warehousing, PEZA compliance, and end-to-end shipping for international clients.

You will develop policies and procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency, coordinate with Finance and PEZA officials, and ensure accurate delivery documentation while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management or related field.
• At least 3 years of warehousing experience, preferably in metal stamping or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PEZA regulations and PEZA documentation.
• Familiarity with metal stamping processes, tooling, and raw materials.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems; strong negotiation and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the Warehouse Department.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse leaders and operators.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle importation of raw materials, dies, machinery, and spare parts; coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
• Process export documentation for finished stamped metal parts/products for international clients.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Process and monitor PEZA-related documents such as LOA, AAFS, and IED; ensure PEZA compliance.
• Maintain and organize records for PEZA transactions; liaise with PEZA officials for inspections, clearances, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance for payment processing, LC arrangements, and supplier account reconciliation.
• Monitor lead times and delivery schedules to avoid production downtime.
• Prepare periodic reports on purchasing KPIs, shipment status, and compliance metrics.
• Maintain a master file for all procurement, import/export, and PEZA documentation.
