Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or administrative roles focusing on shipping operations and documentation.
• Experience in regulatory coordination with PEZA and BOC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and forwarders on shipment schedules to meet import/export timelines.
• Prepare and process import/export documents and manage FG documentation transfer.
• Ensure compliance with PEZA, BOC and other regulators; manage LOA, sworn affidavits, and renewals.
• Prepare and verify billing with forwarders and negotiate transport costs.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on export/sales performance and shipment status.
• Provide administrative support and oversee documentation filing for audits.
• Assist other departments with RTV samples and export/import requests.
• Coordinate with planning/production to meet sales demands.
