The ideal candidate has a background in customs administration or logistics, with 3+ years in import/export operations, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of import/export operations, customs clearance, or logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and international trade processes.
• Experience with customs brokers, freight forwarders, logistics service providers, and government agencies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Import & Export Documentation: prepare, review, and process all import/export documentation.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: monitor adherence to customs regulations and government clearance requirements.
• Drive Shipment Execution: coordinate with brokers, forwarders, warehouses, and providers to ensure smooth processing.
• Monitor Performance & Reporting: generate reports, review progress, and propose action plans to address gaps.
• Manage Financial & Billing Activities: validate shipments' billings and support financial reconciliation.
