Job summary

NCC Group in Manila is seeking a Project Risk & Governance Analyst to support risk management, governance forums, and reporting across projects.

You will maintain risk registers in Jira Service Management, track mitigation activities, and engage with stakeholders to ensure timely updates.

The role involves leading small projects and continuous improvement, with hybrid working arrangements and a focus on transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in risk management, PMO, project management, governance, or related disciplines.
• Experience maintaining risk registers and tracking risk mitigation activities.
• Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies and governance processes.
• Experience using Jira Service Management (JSM) or similar governance and risk management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing execution of the organisation's established risk management framework and processes.
• Identify, document, assess, and track risks across projects and operational activities.
• Maintain accurate risk registers within Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Ensure project risks are reviewed regularly and updated and escalated where required.
• Monitor risk mitigation plans and action items, following up with risk owners.
• Track emerging risks, issues, dependencies, and control gaps.
• Support risk reviews and workshops with stakeholders across the business.
• Assist in the preparation of risk summaries, trend analysis, and reporting for leadership forums.
