Job summary

Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila seeks an Operations Analyst to provide analytical, operational, and administrative support to CCFE to advance the Bank’s Strategy 2030 priorities through TA processing and implementation.

You will report to the Unit Head, NGO and Civil Society Center, within CCSD, and be based at ADB Headquarters in Manila. The role involves project administration, budget monitoring, and coordination with regional departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal proficiency in English
• Familiarity with operations, policies and procedures of multilateral financing institutions
• Experience in processing and implementation of technical assistance projects
• Familiarity with corporate reporting for FCAS countries
• Experience engaging with CSOs/NGOs and civil society

Responsibilities

• Support TA administration tasks by analyzing progress reports and disbursements
• Monitor project compliance with ADB policies and liaise with divisions
• Prepare periodic status reports and update relevant ADB systems
• Assist in budget reviews and cost analyses within the NGOC-CCFE work program
• Provide administrative support for trainings, events, and publishing processes
