Boldr is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 6-month project-based role in the Philippines. The role covers age receivables, invoicing, client reporting, and ensuring timely cash collection. You will contribute to the finance team and assist during audits or peak periods.

Qualifications include an associate degree in accounting and 3+ years in collections, invoicing, and general accounting. SaaS experience is a plus; strong Excel and ERP/CRM skills are required.

Formación

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience with collections, invoicing, and general accounting.
• Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication to internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee age receivables, invoicing and client reporting.
• Perform monthly invoicing, accounts receivable aging, and reconciliations.
• Record payments, monitor cash collections, and resolve issues with customers.
• Produce financial reports and assist during audits.
• Support other clerical tasks and month-end/year-end closings.
