Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management.
• Proven experience in brand management and campaign execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans including brand strategy, forecasting, and budget management.
• Drive brand growth and achieve sales targets through effective marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Lead development and implementation of promotional and omnichannel campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategies.
• Manage product forecasting and inventory planning with internal stakeholders.
• Train and equip sales teams with relevant product knowledge and tools.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
