• Product strategy and planning.
• Coordinate with principals / suppliers on new product launches, updates, and regulatory requirement.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide product knowledge, pricing strategies, and selling tools.
• Monitor sales performance, reagent consumption, and inventory levels for the immuno line. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with analysis and recommendations.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Develop business cases and jusify investments in new or enhanced products.
