Job summary

VA Masters in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support our business immigration practice. The role centers on preparing and compiling filing packets for USCIS, with a focus on employment-based visa categories, including H, L, and E petitions, and understanding AOS and CP pathways.

You will work closely with a US-licensed attorney, take ownership of your caseload, and have room to grow as the practice expands.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling USCIS filing packets for employment-based visas.
• Direct work with H, L, and E petitions.
• Familiar with AOS and CP processing steps.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile USCIS filing packets for submission.
• Gather supporting docs for employment-based petitions.
• Organize evidence for AOS and CP cases.
• Draft letters and forms per USCIS standards.
• Track filing requirements and identify document gaps.
• Maintain organized digital case files.
• Request missing client documents proactively.
• Verify accuracy of forms and evidence prior to filing.
• Support attorney with case prep and admin tasks.
