The ideal candidate has hands-on experience assembling H, L, and E petitions and understands both Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing pathways. You will assemble supporting documentation, track filing requirements, maintain organized digital case

Qualifications

• Proven experience preparing USCIS filing packets.
• Direct experience with employment-based petitions (H, L, E).
• Experience with AOS and CP procedures.
• Strong knowledge of USCIS forms and evidence standards.
• Excellent document organization and file management.
• High attention to detail in reviewing legal documents.
• Reliable, independent worker with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile complete immigration filing packets for USCIS submission.
• Assemble supporting documentation for employment-based petitions (H/L/E).
• Organize evidence packages for AOS and CP cases.
• Draft and format letters, forms, and exhibits per USCIS standards.
• Track filing requirements and identify document gaps.
• Maintain organized digital case files and ensure completeness before filing.
• Follow up on outstanding client documents and flag missing items.
• Verify accuracy across forms and evidence prior to submission.
• Support attorney with case preparation and administrative tasks.
