Job summary

This role supports security across AWS services and directory services, contributing to a safer, compliant fintech platform.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of IAM across infrastructure and least privilege implementation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with AWS IAM and Directory Service is a plus.

General Responsibilities

• Ensures that system access is maintained in accordance with company policy.
• Administer user access and controls with applications with the concept of least privilege with approved service requests.
• Responsible for evaluating access by means of user access review on a regular basis to ensure access levels remain commensurate with job responsibilities and remediate user access compliance activities in a timely manner.
• Maintain organization of IT accounts to individual identities.
• Supports all access management control activities across all infrastructure systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline IAM processes to meet the requirements of audit and compliance policies.
• Follow, maintain, and develop process documentation.
• Provide improvement of tools and technologies in place to support IAM processes.
• Other tasks assigned by the immediate head.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of access management controls across infrastructure systems, including AWS IAM and Directory Service setup.
• Substantial experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically in administering user access and enforcing the concept of least privilege.
• Proficiency in conducting regular user access reviews, ensuring compliance with audit policies, and accurately mapping IT accounts to individual identities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to streamline IAM processes and improve existing tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to follow, maintain, and develop process workflows while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with other AWS services (setup and maintenance) is a plus.
