Job summary

Deltek, Inc. seeks an experienced Identity & Access Specialist to design, administer, and improve Entra ID and Active Directory environments. You will manage hybrid identity, SSO, and governance while automating workflows with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. Strong collaboration with security and ITSM teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise Microsoft identity environments, with hands-on depth in Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Advanced troubleshooting across identity, authentication, and access management.
• Proficient automation & scripting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API/SDK.
• Experience designing or administering Conditional Access, MFA, and identity protection controls.
• Familiarity with identity governance platforms (Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta IGA) and ITSM integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, administration, and continuous improvement of Entra ID and Active Directory, including user lifecycle management and hybrid identity.
• Manage AD domain services, DNS, GPOs, and overall directory health to ensure reliability.
• Design and support Conditional Access, MFA, and identity security controls aligned to Zero Trust.
• Manage Enterprise Applications, SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and SCIM provisioning.
• Drive identity governance practices including RBAC and access certifications; integrate with governance platforms.
• Automate identity operations using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to improve efficiency.
