Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Entra ID & Account Systems Administrator to manage enterprise IAM services across Microsoft 365 and integrated apps for our global client base.

You will automate account provisioning and deprovisioning, manage RBAC and MFA, and ensure security controls align with regulatory requirements such as NIST 800-171 and ITAR, while collaborating with HR, IT, and cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience administering Entra ID or related IAM environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 identity, licensing, and access management.
• Certifications in Identity and Access or Security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Entra ID tenant services and configurations.
• Manage user accounts, groups, RBAC, and access reviews.
• Configure MFA and Conditional Access policies.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online from an identity perspective.
• Develop identity automation using Graph, Power Automate, PowerShell.
• Support compliance with NIST 800-171, DFARS, ITAR where applicable.
• Monitor identity governance and generate reports.
