Job summary

NOTRE DAME OF MARBEL UNIVERSITY is seeking an ICT Staff to join the IT department in July 2026. The role covers hardware/software support, network maintenance, server and CCTV administration, and user management across faculty, staff and students.

The successful candidate will assist in multimedia development, data backup planning, and ICT policy implementation, while maintaining asset records and contributing to ICT projects. Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE/IS or related field.
• 1–2 years demonstrable IT/support or similar experience.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, CCTV and multimedia tools.
• Familiarity with Azure, AD and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in web development basics and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Provide ICT support to faculty, staff, and students.
• Monitor network, internet connectivity, and communications systems.
• Assist in server, database, CCTV, and in-house systems maintenance.
• Manage domains, email, and user accounts.
• Assist design and development of multimedia content for digital/print platforms.
• Support data backup, disaster recovery planning, and implementation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair ICT equipment.
• Ensure data security per ICT policies and best practices.
• Maintain ICT asset inventories and service records.
• Support ICT projects, upgrades, and initiatives.
• Conduct basic user orientation and training on ICT resources.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations related to ICT operations.
