Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT management and budget handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, databases, and systems.
• Ensure data security, cybersecurity, and data privacy compliance.
• Supervise IT support services for faculty, staff, and students.
• Manage IT budget, expenses, procurement, and software licensing.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Coordinate IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Recommend and implement cost-effective and emerging technology solutions.
• Prepare IT, financial, and project reports.
• Coordinate IT training and improve digital literacy among users.
