Qualifications

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computers, laptops, and printers.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and cameras.
• Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and offices.
• Perform basic network and internet troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT equipment and CCTV inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with service providers for complex IT and CCTV issues.
