Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with strong Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) expertise to configure and support packaged and SaaS apps in an onsite Manila setting.

You will manage releases, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions using APIs, web services, and low-code platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
• Expert proficiency in Oracle ICS.
• Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
• Good knowledge of APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications as required.
• Develop and maintain integrations using ICS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into specs.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage configurations, releases, and updates while maintaining stability.
