Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with strong Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) expertise to configure and support packaged and SaaS apps in an onsite Manila setting.

You will manage releases, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions using APIs, web services, and low-code platforms.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). The role involves configuring and supporting packaged and SaaS applications, managing application releases, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability and performance.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions using APIs, web services, standard integration tools, and low-code platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications based on business requirements.

• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Manage application configurations, releases, and updates while maintaining system stability.

• Utilize APIs, web services, and standard integration tools for application connectivity.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application configurations and processes.
