Job summary

Fiberhome Phils Inc. is seeking an experienced Design Engineer specializing in IBS, DAS, and in-building wireless design. The role focuses on independent handling of large-scale, high-density IBS/DAS projects and delivering complete technical design packages.

You will design, model, and validate networks with iBwave and AutoCAD, coordinate with operator teams, perform drive tests, and support site implementation. English communication and travel across regions are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics/telecom field.
• Proven IBS/DAS/in-building wireless design experience.
• Familiar with Philippine operator IBS design processes (Globe, Smart, DITO).
• Experience designing multi-operator shared IBS/DAS systems for large facilities.
• Ability to independently design large-scale IBS/DAS projects.
• Proficient in iBwave for link budget and modeling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and IBS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform IBS radio design for buildings, including coverage analysis and BOM prep.
• Build/update building models in iBwave and produce complete design outputs.
• Coordinate with operator/customer design teams during reviews.
• Revise designs per customer feedback to achieve final acceptance.
• Support site surveys, drive tests, and post-optimization activities.
• Provide design adjustments on-site and assist project manager.
