Job summary
Xurpas Inc. is seeking an Application Lead to oversee the design, development, and configuration of enterprise applications, serving as the primary point of contact for the team and stakeholders.
You will lead the team, guide technical and delivery decisions, collaborate across cross-functional groups, and ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality, leveraging IBM Mainframe MQ environments and IBM WebSphere MQ expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM Systems Administration, preferably with IBM Mainframe MQ environments.
- Expert proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ.
- Strong understanding of application development and integration processes.
- Proven experience in leading and managing development or support teams.
- Solid knowledge of software architecture and design principles.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
