Job summary

Maya is seeking a Sr Platform Product Specialist to drive IAM and Accounts Management platforms. You will translate business, security, and regulatory needs into platform requirements, working with engineering and architecture on end-to-end flows, APIs, and non-functional needs.

You will apply an AGILE approach, leverage data analytics for decisions, and collaborate across business, product, design, and support teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, engineering, architecture, or related role with platform ownership.
• Hands-on IAM experience or deep IAM knowledge in product/architecture roles.
• Ability to explain IAM solutions beyond rollout and demonstrate practical OAuth 2.0 knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree as stated in qualifications.
• Proficiency in AGILE development methodologies.
• Understanding of financial services, regulations, and related challenges.
• Strong problem solving and ability to translate data into insights (SQL a plus).
• Familiarity with AI tools and product prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Manage Core Platforms for Identities, Access and Account Management (IAM).
• Own the IAM and Accounts Management platforms and ensure secure, compliant, scalable customer interactions.
• Define platform requirements and collaborate with engineering to describe flows, APIs, data and token exchanges, and non-functional needs.
• Document capabilities and changes via PRDs and memos for Maya channels and services.
• Conduct market research in the Philippines FinTech sector to guide product strategy.
• Champion user-centered design and drive user-friendly product experiences.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal to meet BSP and regulator standards.
• Leverage data analytics to drive product improvements and revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
