Job summary

Maya seeks a Senior Platform Product Specialist to drive Core Platforms for Identity, Access Management, and Accounts Management. You will ensure secure onboarding, authentication, and scalable customer interactions across Maya’s product ecosystem.

You will translate insights into platform-level decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold regulatory and security standards while delivering value and robust user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 5 years in product management or related role.
• Experience owning platform-level capabilities and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated technical depth in identity, access management, or authentication systems.
• Proficiency with AGILE development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Core Platforms for IAM and Accounts Management, ensuring secure onboarding and transactions across Maya's channels.
• Document capabilities and changes via PRDs, memos, and related docs.
• Collaborate with compliance, security, engineering, design, and marketing to align product strategy with regulators and business goals.
