Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Identity & Access Management Engineering Manager to lead the Cybersecurity team in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise IAM solutions. You will guide IAM engineering groups, oversee authentication, authorization, governance, and privileged access, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet security needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years with Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, or related roles.
• Proven leadership of IAM teams delivering enterprise IAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, identity protocols, and leading platforms.
• Certifications in IAM/cybersecurity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.
• Design, implement, and improve IAM strategies and solutions.
• Manage authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, privileged access, and identity governance.
• Oversee IAM platforms, operations, automation, and continuous improvements.
• Integrate IAM with cloud platforms, enterprise apps, APIs, and SaaS systems.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions and security needs.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery.
• Review designs, maintain documentation, and improve operational processes.
• Support Zero Trust, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
