RecruitNest Consulting is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering Senior Associate to join our cybersecurity team in the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end IAM initiatives, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to strengthen cyber resilience across enterprise environments.

The role focuses on governance, compliance, and security initiatives that protect critical business assets and enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on IAM engineering, implementation and operations.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, tools, and frameworks.
• IAM certifications (Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity) are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Immediate start preferred.
