Job summary

Lancesoft Philippines is seeking an I&O Engineering Consultant to manage and support endpoint environments in a dual UEM setup. You will focus on endpoint operations, troubleshooting, patching, and automation, with strong incident management involvement.

Responsibilities include developing PowerShell scripts, enabling automation and AI-based improvements, and collaborating across ITSM processes to ensure SLA adherence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years SCCM/MECM experience.
• 3+ years Intune experience.
• Experience with Workspace ONE UEM.
• Strong knowledge of patching, deployments, and endpoint management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
