Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational or technical course in hydraulics, electro-hydraulics, mechanical technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience repairing and servicing hydraulic systems and machinery.
• Expert knowledge of hydraulic-operated machinery, fluid power, seals, and pressure settings.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset; able to work safely under high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and isolate faults in hydraulic systems and machinery.
• Repair, overhaul, and rebuild hydraulic components such as pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, accumulators.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Conduct routine performance, pressure, and flow testing on hydraulic circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance, oil filtration, and system flushing.
• Recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring failures.
• Maintain logs of repairs, pressure readings, and component replacements.

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience specifically dedicated to repairing and servicing hydraulic systems and machinery.

• Skills: Expert-level knowledge of hydraulic-operated machinery, fluid power principles, seal types, and pressure settings.

• Competencies: Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset, manual dexterity, and the ability to work safely under high-pressure system environments.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and isolate faults in complex hydraulic-operated systems and machinery.

• Repair, overhaul, and rebuild hydraulic components, including pumps, motors, cylinders, control valves, and accumulators.

• Read, interpret, and work directly from complex hydraulic schematics, technical blueprints, and engineering manuals.

• Conduct routine performance testing, pressure checks, and flow testing on hydraulic circuits.

• Recommend and execute corrective actions to eliminate recurring system failures.

• Maintain complete and accurate logs of all repairs, system pressure readings, and component replacements.
