Job Description
- Assembling hydraulic systems for heavy machinery or specialized applications, ensuring components are correctly aligned and functioning seamlessly.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify wear, leaks, or performance issues, and using advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot system failures effectively.
- Replacing faulty parts, including hoses, valves, pumps, and cylinders, and rebuilding hydraulic systems to extend their lifespan and improve efficiency.
- Maintaining optimal fluid levels and ensuring the use of compatible hydraulic oils, monitoring for contamination, and replacing fluids when necessary.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain hydraulic hoses, fitting connectors, and oil pipelines to prevent leaks and ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide assistance in the general upkeep of vehicle's hydraulic and other mechanical components.
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs to avoid downtime.
- College level or Vocational course graduate
- At least two (2) years of related work experience
- With strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Must know how to drive and with a valid professional driver’s license
- Knowledgeable in repairs and maintenance of various types of vehicles and heavy equipment
- Reliable, meticulous, and safety conscious
- Basic computer skills is an advantage
