Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a Sanitary Engineer to design sanitary services for building projects and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Sanitary Engineering and at least four years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Autocad and Revit is mandatory, with PSSE certification considered a plus. The engineer will manage drawings, QA-compliant documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality hydraulic designs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Sanitary Engineering required.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
• Board Passer for PSSE is a plus.
• Knowledge of Sewerage Vent System, Cold, Recycle and Gas Water Systems.

Responsibilities

• Design sanitary services and related systems for buildings.
• Manage and maintain drawings records per QA procedures.
• Coordinate with WSP personnel, partners, and clients.
• Coordinate with other design disciplines and manage outputs per work program.
• Attend meetings and perform tasks assigned by management.
• Assist in training subordinates and multidisciplinary activities.
• Use spreadsheets and 3D modelling to develop hydraulics designs.

Main Responsibilities include

• Responsible for the Sanitary services design of building services and associated systems of work.
• Manage and maintain the record of all incoming and outgoing drawings from the office in accordance with WSP QA procedures.
• Liaison with WSP personnel and WSP’s partners both local and foreign affiliates and clients.
• Liaise and coordinate with other disciplines of the design team
• Manage and control outputs in accordance with the design work programme.
• Attend meeting when required.
• Carry out any assignments that will be given from time to time by the management.
• At all times exhibit behaviour consistent with that of a professional member of WSP.
• Assist with the training and development of subordinates.
• Assist in multidisciplinary project activities.
• Use of spreadsheet and 3D modelling to develop hydraulics system designs.
• Other duties as required by management from time to time.

Experience, Capabilities & Competencies

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Sanitary Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Board Passer for Registered Sanitary Engineer (PSSE) is a plus
• Knowledge in Sewerage Vent System, Cold
• Recycle and Gas Water System
• Autocad and Revit experience is a MUST.
