Job summary

Notified, the technology partner dedicated to IR and PR, invites applications for an Associate Web Development Support Specialist. You will help set up the CMS, build menus, blocks, and landing pages for the IR main site.

Based in Makati with a hybrid schedule (office Tue-Thu; work from home Mon-Fri possible). You will QA across browsers, collaborate with developers, and ensure timely delivery of requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on QA experience.
• Knowledge of website functionality testing across browsers and mobile devices.
• Experience with HTML coding and content management systems.
• Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong project management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Able to communicate clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set up the CMS system and ensure it is configured correctly.
• Build and consolidate menus, global blocks, and landing page blocks.
• Create and update block and content layouts for the IR main page.
• Coordinate with developers for configuration details on menus, widgets, and blocks.
• Conduct functional web QA and accessibility testing before client delivery and post-launch.
• Collaborate with web developers and client onboarding to identify and fix issues.
• Review task specs, checklists, and technical design documents for feedback.
• Monitor and manage team queues to ensure timely requests delivery.
