Job summary

Clicktek Consulting and yGen Innovations seek Onsite Application Support Associates to be the client’s first contact during CMSv2 annual physical examination runs, located in Metro Manila and Cavite. Fresh graduates welcomed; no healthcare IT experience required as training is provided.

You will serve as onsite liaison, capture inquiries, and support CMSv2 tools from the war room, with shifts that include night rotations.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or undergraduates welcome with strong computer literacy.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication with composure under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night/ graveyard rotations.
• Willingness to be deployed onsite across Metro Manila and Cavite for engagements.
• No healthcare IT experience required; CMSv2 training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite contact for client employees and HR during engagements.
• Capture every inquiry into the tracker with details and screen involved.
• Resolve Level 2 CMSv2 issues using documented procedures.
• Escalate to the engineering war room with sufficient detail.
• Record system behavior on the observation form for product fixes.
• Hand over daily to the war room and upcoming shift.
• Support branch users remotely between engagements from home.
