Job summary

Solviva seeks a Warehouse and Logistics Specialist in Makati to manage day-to-day warehouse tasks, inventory controls, and distribution activities supporting solar projects. You will conduct cycle counts, track serialized items, and coordinate last-mile deliveries to ensure on-time installations.

The role emphasizes strong organization, reliability, and collaboration with field personnel and couriers. A hybrid work arrangement is available, blending on-site and remote days to fit project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, or logistics support.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with solar equipment or technical hardware handling is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with field personnel and external couriers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse space and handle high-value, fragile materials like PV modules and inverters.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and security protocols during daily operations.
• Inspect and verify inbound solar shipments against purchase orders; log details into the system.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials and installation kits according to project timelines.
• Track and record serialized products during receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Coordinate last-mile deliveries to installation sites and monitor service levels with 3PLs and couriers.
• Prepare shipping documentation and manifest records; report damages or delays promptly.
