Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking a US Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day transactions through financial statement preparation for US clients, operating in a hybrid day shift. The role requires hands-on experience with multiple accounting software and strong communication.

You will handle AP/AR, payroll, month-end closes, and financial reporting while guiding junior staff and contributing to process documentation. Experience with US clients and CPA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with BPO companies.
• Bachelor's/College degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Experience working with US clients is required.
• Hands-on with QuickBooks, Bill.com, Sage, NetSuite or similar.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable processing.
• Accounts Receivable processing.
• Inventory analysis.
• Monthly Payroll run and accounting.
• Month-end journals and closing adjustments.
• Monthly financial and management reports.
• Bank and GL reconciliations.
• Participates in client calls.
• Identify risks and document in a memo.
• Guide and review entry-level staff work.
• Draft process documentation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
