Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a UI/UX Designer / Creative Designer to join our Creative Services team. You’ll work on digital design, UI/UX, branding, multimedia, and campaigns, supporting global markets.

Three openings exist, with salaries ₱37,000–₱52,000 monthly for hybrid work in BGC. You’ll use Adobe CC and Figma, build responsive layouts, and contribute to portfolios through diverse projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant design experience.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Understanding of typography, layout, branding and visual consistency.
Experience with templates, brand guidelines and structured design workflows.
Portfolio demonstrating prior work.

Responsibilities

Adapt and localize global campaign assets while maintaining brand consistency and creative direction.
Create digital, web, UI/UX, email, banner, landing page, and multimedia assets.
Work with templates, design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines.
Translate creative briefs into polished, deployment-ready designs.
Create responsive layouts and digital experiences for different platforms and screen sizes.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Marketing teams, and other designers to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
Maintain and contribute to asset libraries, templates, SOPs, and established workflows.
